Contract Signing Ceremony for Package 02XL-BA - Bac Ai Pumped Storage Hydropower Plant Project

On the afternoon of February 13, 2025, in Ha Noi, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) and Power Project Management Board 3 (EVNPMB3) collaborated with the consortium of contractors, including Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company (Lilama 10), Lung Lo Construction Corporation, Song Da Corporation, SCI E&C Joint Stock Company, Construction 47 Joint Stock Company, Truong Son Construction Corporation, and Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation, to officially sign the construction contract for Package 02XL-BA.

This is Phase 2, Stage 1 of the Bac Ai Pumped Storage Hydropower Plant Project—one of the National Key Energy Projects.
