The Congress took place in a solemn, united, and responsible atmosphere with the attendance of comrades from the Hoàng Mai District Party Committee leadership and official delegates representing all party members within the Company’s Party Committee.

At the Congress, Comrade Le Minh Truong – Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the People’s Council of Hoàng Mai District – highly praised the leadership role of Lilama 10’s Party Committee during the past term, especially in achieving business development goals closely linked with Party building efforts. He expressed confidence that in the 2025–2030 term, the Company’s Party Committee will continue to promote the tradition of unity, innovate leadership thinking, and continuously improve the quality of grassroots Party organizations and the efficiency of business operations.

At the Congress, the delegates approved the review report of the Executive Committee for the 2020–2025 term, presented the main directions, objectives, and key solutions for the new term. At the same time, the Congress elected the 13th Executive Committee of the Company’s Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term, comprising comrades exemplary in qualities, capabilities, and prestige to lead the successful implementation of the Congress resolutions.

The Executive Committee of the Company’s Party Committee for the 13th term, 2025-2030, has confidently elected Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tinh – General Director, as Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Cao Tuan Mai – Chairman of the Trade Union, as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; and Mr. Nguyen Hai Ha – Deputy Head of the Labor Organization and Salary Department, as Member of the Standing Committee and Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
